Great Service from Action Rapide! A plumber came out as an emergency within a few hours on a Sunday. He quickly fixed a leaking pipe in my bathroom which was leaking water through the roof into the floor below. Friendly, professional, and did a great job preventing further damage. Thank you.

Friendly plumber came out the very next day on a weekend to tackle a stubborn blockage in the pipework of an old Victorian house. The work took a lot longer than anticipated due to unforeseen challenges in the pipework but he stayed through and got the job done, crucially, leaving us with a working drainage system and the ability to bath/shower. Considering the level of work needed to get at the pipes and resolve the issue, I was very pleased with how little residual damage was visible once he'd finished and how clean and tidy the bathroom was left. As a bonus, he also dismantled, repaired and oiled our faulty spring bath plug and offered to research where we might be able to get a new one if it fails again.
